White Series

Yellow Series

  • Description : The Yellow Series offers advanced machining on both the compressor and turbine. It includes an oversized impeller, enlarged and polished crankcase on both sections, and optimized variable geometry for improved exhaust gas flow. Ideal for those seeking extra boost without sacrificing reliability.
  • Maximum Power : until 280 HP

Red Series

  • Description : The Red Series represents the highest level of performance. In addition to the compressor and turbine refinements, it features increased variable geometry. This series is ideal for racing applications where performance is a priority. The use of Avional further improves the turbo's strength and durability.
  • Maximum Power : until 330 HP

The Turbo Prime This is a priority processing service that guarantees rapid preparation times thanks to a dedicated team. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as supply issues or machine breakdowns), the cost of the Prime service will be fully refunded. Please note that the times indicated refer to processing and shipping from our headquarters and do not include any courier delays.

What is Avional?

THE' Avional Avional is a high-strength aluminum alloy, primarily used in the aerospace industry. It is composed primarily of aluminum with the addition of copper, magnesium, and manganese. This alloy, thanks to its lightness and strength, increases the life of the turbo and the strength of the impellers compared to traditional alloys, minimizing the risk of stress fractures. Avional impellers are precision-crafted using 5-axis CNC machining to ensure maximum strength and optimal performance.

ECU Tuning (Stage 1/Stage 2) – Dedicated calibration for larger turbos C.M.T.

When installing a oversized turbine, air flow, compressor response, and boost management change. To achieve a clean, stable, and truly usable result, it is strongly recommended to combine a ECU calibration consistent with the installed turbine.

The service C.M.T. is not based on “standard” files: our calibrations are developed to work in synergy with the oversized turbines C.M.T., so as to make the turbo and engine work as a single system, with parameters set consistently with the chosen series and vehicle configuration.

What we optimize (based on configuration)

  • management of the supercharging and pressure stability

  • strategies of torque control and accelerator response

  • adaptation of parameters to the new air flow of the turbine

  • consistency of operation and overall system performance

✅ Stage 1 – dedicated to the White Series

Calibration dedicated to turbines White Series: technical calibration oriented towards balanced operation, with more linear power delivery and correct management of supercharging in combination with the larger turbo.

✅ Stage 2 – dedicated to the Yellow Series

Calibration dedicated to turbines Yellow Series: more advanced setting, designed for more advanced performance configurations and to more fully exploit the potential of the turbine and its associated components.

For the turbines Red Series at the moment remote management is not available. A dedicated appraisal is required for this series: please contact us before purchasing.

Service Mode

  • ECU programming (control unit shipping): plug service & play with processing and reshipment.

  • File editing only: You send the original file read with your equipment and receive the modified file ready for writing.

Usage note

Service intended exclusively for vehicles used in sports/competition field, track, test bench or private areas not open to traffic.

  • Spedizione: secondo i tempi indicati al checkout.

  • Reso carcassa (se previsto): il ritiro della carcassa può avvenire contestualmente alla consegna oppure su appuntamento, secondo istruzioni comunicate dal nostro supporto.

TURBINE MAGGIORATE (SU RICHIESTA)

I turbocompressori maggiorati vengono preparati su ordinazione (serie/grado: Bianca / Gialla / Rossa).

Tempi di lavorazione: dal momento dell’ordine, la preparazione richiede mediamente 5–15 giorni lavorativi (variabili in base alla serie scelta e al carico di lavorazione).

Procedura (importante):


  1. Dopo l’ordine, iniziamo la lavorazione su un nostro turbocompressore.

  2. A lavorazione completata, contattiamo il Cliente per organizzare il ritiro della carcassa (vecchio turbocompressore) tramite corriere, salvo opzione “Senza Reso”.

  3. Una volta ricevuta la carcassa in sede, effettuiamo un controllo di conformità.

  4. Se la carcassa è conforme, spediamo immediatamente al Cliente il turbocompressore maggiorato già lavorato.

OPZIONE “SENZA RESO” (SUPPLEMENTO)

Se preferisci mantenere la carcassa della tua turbina, puoi selezionare l’opzione di pagamento di un supplemento, che ti esonera dall’obbligo di restituzione.

Cambio idea (15 giorni):

Se hai scelto “Senza Reso”, puoi comunque cambiare idea: hai fino a 15 giorni dall’acquisto per restituire la vecchia carcassa e ottenere il rimborso integrale del supplemento, a condizione che la carcassa risulti conforme secondo i requisiti indicati di seguito.

REQUISITI DI CONFORMITÀ DEL RESO CARCASSA (obbligatorio)

Per essere accettata, la carcassa deve rispettare tutti i seguenti requisiti:


  • deve essere lo stesso codice / stesso modello di turbocompressore relativo al prodotto acquistato;

  • non deve essere già maggiorata o modificata in modo non originale;

  • le chiocciole/carter devono essere integri, quindi non crepati, non rotti e non lesionati;

  • deve essere sufficientemente completa e idonea alla valutazione tecnica (come ricevuta dal Cliente, salvo normale usura).

Carcassa non conforme:

Se la carcassa non rispetta i requisiti, non potrà essere accettata ai fini del reso/cauzione/supplemento. Il Cliente verrà contattato per la gestione del caso (es. richiesta di una carcassa idonea, eventuale restituzione della carcassa non conforme con costi di trasporto a carico del Cliente, ecc.).

Opzione Prime (lavorazione prioritaria)

L’opzione Prime indica priorità di lavorazione rispetto allo standard per ridurre i tempi di preparazione.

Non equivale a consegna garantita: i tempi finali dipendono anche dal corriere e dalla destinazione.
